Why are many women sexually unsatisfied?
Female pleasure is still a taboo. And many psychological, emotional and physical factors prevent women from having a fulfilling and satisfying sex life.
For many centuries, sexual intercourse was solely for the reproduction and recreation of man. The woman had no right to pleasure. However, female sexuality is still taboo and many women do not enjoy the fulfilling sex life they should.
Polls indicate that 40% of Mexican women do not reach orgasm and are sexually dissatisfied. Another recent study from Indiana University, USA, revealed that only 18% of women reach orgasm through penetration , while 36% confessed that for this they also needed a clitoral stimulation. In addition, 40% said they had never had an orgasm and had always faked it.
The main causes of female sexual dissatisfaction
Female sexuality is very complex. Most women need intimacy and closeness to achieve sexual satisfaction. In addition, women have learned to see sex as dirty, to be ashamed of their bodies, not to explore their erogenous zones , and not to be able to express their desire in bed. Historically, there has been a very strong repression of women’s pleasure which prevents them from fully enjoying sex.
